This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 82major platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 82major platform, you expressly agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the 82major platform.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and 82major ("Platform", "we", "us"). Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated version. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

The 82major platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above who are legally eligible to participate in betting activities in Malaysia. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 82major platform. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and cancellation of any existing balances.

You are fully responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date registration information;
  • Keeping your password and account login details confidential;
  • Notifying 82major promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
  • Ensuring your account is not accessed or used by any third party, including family members.

82major reserves the right to request identity verification from users at any time via valid documents such as a national ID, passport, or banking documents. Failure to comply with a verification request may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users agree to use the 82major platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the platform's rules. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform;
  • Attempting to hack, manipulate, or exploit any system vulnerabilities;
  • Registering using a false identity or misleading information;
  • Engaging in fraudulent betting activity, including sharing information with other players;
  • Engaging in money laundering or any suspicious financial activity;
  • Transferring funds between user accounts without platform authorisation.

Any breach of these rules may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice, and 82major reserves the right to forfeit any winnings obtained through illegitimate means.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 82major platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are legitimate and sourced from lawful origins.

Deposit

Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by the platform, including local bank transfers, e-wallets, and other approved methods as updated from time to time. The minimum deposit amount will be stated on the platform at the point of transaction. 82major is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are subject to a review and identity verification process that may be required prior to processing. 82major reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for verification or investigation purposes. All withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account used for the deposit, except in special circumstances approved by management.

Any applicable transaction fees will be communicated to users prior to transaction confirmation. 82major reserves the right to amend deposit and withdrawal limits at any time with notice to users.

5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy

Limitation of Liability

82major is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this platform, including technical disruptions, system errors, or data loss. The platform is provided "as is" without any implied warranties as to its fitness for a particular purpose.

In the event that a technical error results in invalid winnings or incorrect payouts, 82major reserves the right to void the transaction in question and recover any overpaid amounts.

Account Suspension and Closure

82major reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of platform terms and conditions;
  • Suspected fraud or illegal activity;
  • Failure to comply with identity verification requests;
  • Voluntary request by the user;
  • Account inactive beyond the stipulated period.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, 82major reserves the right to withhold or cancel any remaining balance and outstanding winnings.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the 82major platform are the exclusive property of 82major. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any such content without prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Changes to Terms

82major reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Users who continue to use the platform after changes are published are deemed to have accepted the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the 82major platform shall be resolved through the relevant Malaysian courts.

Should any provision of these terms be found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited to the minimum extent required by law, and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
